Established in 2017, 99home was founded by two friends Vijayant Vashistha and Sachin Gupta. Since the company opened their doors for business, it’s grown to be one of largest hybrid estate agencies, with over 20,000 properties listed for sale/rent/ auction till date. We have a Trust pilot score 4.9/5 and offer the best customer service with over 1000 Trust pilot reviews with in lesst han 5 years of trading.
Our success has been the result of hard work, combined knowledge, technology skills and the experience of our co-founders. Mr. Sachin kumar Gupta, MARLA, MNAEA, MNAVA has been working in the industry since 2008. IT professional Mr. Vijayant Vashistha, MNAEA, MBA has 22 years of experience in PropTech, FinTech, Cloud technology with his forte in building technology platforms, integration and automation. Keeping security an utmost priority together is what started this venture in mid 2017. Most of our staff are now NAEA, NAVA and ARLA qualified via Propertymark.

Having all unique automated prop tech tools available on our website, our clients are able to submit offers online, chat-live with our trained staff, instant online valuation, and book services online (mortgages), legal services (conveyancing, eviction, lease extension), buy documents (AST, Section 21 Notice, Rent Increment Notice, etc). Clients can request services by filling out small forms i.e. planning related services, Property Related Insurance Services, and Safety Certificates, have helped us arrange services timely and efficiently and increased our brand’s value. Vijayant Vashishtha
As the CEO and Co-founder of 99Home, gLocalAgents and Justsold.co.uk (the 5th largest online agency in the UK), I would describe myself as a self-motivated man with a positive attitude towards work. To be a successful CEO in the real estate industry, I had to adopt a problem-solving and analytical mind that adapts to new situations quickly to avoid problems that arise constantly.
Niyati Luthra
I am Niyati Luthra, the Onboarding specialist at gLocalAgent who previously worked as a recruitment specialist in EU and USA based firms. I love to help people hence providing a great customer support at every step of the process is my passion apart from being knowledgeable, working and growing in life.
